This week, I had a really hard, sad day. Stress and emotions can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it's really tempting to escape from those feelings with drinks or to turn to indulgent food for an enjoyable moment. In this episode, I talk about my approach to those hard days, how to start learning where stress shows up in your body, and how to learn to support your body so that it can process the hard emotions and move forward. If you're on a wellness or weight loss journey, but you aren't addressing your stress it's going to feel impossible to feel your best (I learned this the hard way!).
